Bad customer service experience

Bought 2 pairs of Winter High insoles by mistake (I wanted to order the Mid instead). Sent a email to Sidas' customer service the same day (within minutes after the online purchase) to ask to cancel the order. Never got an answer... I received the 2 pairs of High insoles a few days after. Not impressed.
