Special 2025 Holiday Returns Policies 

Items purchased online between November 15 and December 31, 2025, are eligible for an extended return period until January 15, 2026. Please note that these returns will be processed within 15 to 20 business days starting in January 2026.

 

Problem with your order? Wrong size or colour not as you expected? No problem! You may return or exchange most items within 30 days of delivery—except those marked more than 20% off (final sale items are non-returnable).

  • Full refunds are available for returns requested within 15 days of delivery.
  • For returns requested between 16–30 days after delivery, you’ll receive store credit (valid online only).

You can return or exchange any item if:

  • The item was purchased online through sidas.ca and authorized retailers.
  • The item was delivered to an address within Canada.
  • The item was delivered in the last 30 days.
  • The item is new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered and has all its original tags, labels and packaging.

Important Notices:

  • Items discounted more than 20% or marked as Final Sale as well as gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Shipping charges incurred on the initial transaction are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping fees are not covered and are not refundable.

How To Return Your Items

If you purchased your SIDAS product from an authorized dealer, please initiate your return process with your dealer.

For all online purchases made on sidas.ca, please follow these guidelines:

We will evaluate your request and, if it meets the above criteria, you will receive an email including your return authorization and return RMA number.

  1. Pack the items you’re returning in a box or envelope of the appropriate size. Items must be in new condition, with their original labels and returned in their original packaging.
  2. Make sure that the RMA number we sent you is clearly written on the box accompanying the returned items.
  3. Please print the return authorization and put it in the box that accompanies your return.
  4. Please return your package to the address provided to you in our RMA approval communication.
  5. Please send us the tracking number for the return to info@sidas.ca.
  6. Track your return using your tracking number to make sure we get it. Your refund will be processed within 15-20 business days. You will receive an email confirming the refund of your order.

If you are not happy with your Sidas product purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days, and we will refund the full price of your purchase. We offer a 30-day guarantee - satisfied or your money back, for all Sidas products featuring this policy on its packaging.

Please return your product in its original packaging.

Sidas Canada offers a 2-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY AGAINST MANUFACTURING DEFECTS on all products purchased on sidas.ca

WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER PRODUCTS:

· Purchased from unauthorized dealers, websites including auction sites and marketplaces.

Please note: if you purchased our products from such non-certified merchants, the merchant must state in writing, before the transaction is finalized, that the manufacturer’s warranty does not apply. A merchant who fails to do so will be required to honour the terms of the warranty and cover any expenses incurred.

WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURES

· Claims for defective merchandise must be made within TWO years of invoice date. · Send us an email at info@sidas.ca with clear photos of product and description of warranty issues.
