Terrible return policy

Insole completely changed the fit of the shoe. Not usable. Highly recommend using insole when purchasing shoe. Return policy is terrible. Paid for shipping and now had to pay for return shipping. By the time it’s all done the insole cost over 100 dollars
I will never order from here again.
