Great Arch support insoles

I recently discovered I need arch support, and after physiotherapy for my knee and a trip to Kintec, these arch support insoles fit the bill perfectly for me. And when Sidas had them on for a great price I bought 4 pairs. Fit great in my shoes without the need to cut them, so the sizing is perfect as well.

Poor customer service

After placing an online order, I tried to email the company with a few questions, but every message bounced back due to a “system error.” There’s no phone number listed, so I briefly wondered if I’d been scammed.
The product itself is excellent, but the customer service is extremely poor and disappointing. I won’t be purchasing from Sidas Canada again.
